Tied looking and feel, room not cleaned well on stay-over day, parking is poor.

Was very nice 5 years ago when was a Doubletree. Definitely run down and kind of shabby from what I remember. Probably not a bad deal for the price. Considering I paid about the same as 5 years ago when was much nicer and a double tree. Was definitely disappointed. Comfort Inns are usually nicer, and cleaner, and smell better. It was obvious the facility did not get the level of care that it once did. It wasn't nasty just not as nice and definitely not as clean. Air conditioning quit working in the night.

This hotel room is very dirty and smell terrible.

Breakfast was good and
people were friendly.

The hotel was nice, rooms were very nice. We had a group of 8 traveling & the shuttle service to the airport was fine. The problem was the shuttle back to our hotel when we returned on our flight. We called the hotel for a shuttle & they said they were sending someone. We then stood outside about 15 minutes waiting & called the hotel again. They had not sent anyone yet because we had said the first time we called that "we were getting our luggage" they said they would not send anyone until we had our luggage. So, then they said they were going to send someone & we waited at least another 30 minutes. This made us run late for another meeting we had to attend that evening.
